The holiday session has caught up with me, exhausted and picked up a cold. So squats got cancelled and moved bench up a day. Bit janky and unco (my arch isnt happening and throwing off my set up). To recap, the day started off bad for me, only being able to get an 85kg squat despite my PB being 90. Then bench I got my PB at 42.5kg and I surprised myself with a 5kg deadlift PB @110kg!!! at 47.08kg bodyweight. making my total 237.5kg for my very first comp! A huge shoutout to @morgan_michel_ my coach. Thank you for all your hard work and believing in me. @targetnutrition for getting me to my goal weight and always providing the best support ❀️ and also a huge shoutout to @ptcnorthside for hosting the comp!! Spoto Press is a new variation we added to my training this volume cycle and I have been loving them! They really help me focus on keeping my back tightness and leg drive through the entire lift!  Which is something I struggle with at times! Been loving all these new variations and really think it’s going to be that much more positive toward increasing my total! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
