I am so proud of myself! Anyone who has seen the last two videos of me doing this can see how much my speed and strength has improved! I can actually sit here and say that i did not once fall or loose my grip in all the times I did monkey bars today 😊 I am slowly getting to my goal!
One thing to remember is that this is a subjective sport. Another thing to remember is that you can always improve. Last year I saw a lady go from no placement at all at a small local show to an IFBB Pro 6 months later 🙌🏆. So what do you do? Take feedback, work on your physique, and get better!
