First early start in nearly 2 weeks and I woke up feeling like 💩😩. Then I weighed myself and the scales literally hasn't budged at all 🤔 yet I'm more active now than I have been the last while, diet is sparkling and yet 🤷🏼♀️. Oh well 😂 I'll keep an eye on it over the next while and monitor it 😊. ANYWAY, I had an amazing session and got a new PB of 37.5kg bench, don't know what made me do it but I actually managed to get it for reps too 🤔😂. This time last year getting 35kg in college as my 1RM was a struggle so I'm a happy little lady 😏. Motivate yourself, start your week of right and you're laughing 🤗. Happy Monday ✌🏼. . #bench#pb
6 months ago on the 17th I got a gastric sleeve completed. 5 months ago I started walking on the treadmill and 4 months I started lifting weights. My starting weight was 450+ lbs / 204 kg when I went under, I think about 460 lbs / 208.5 kg honestly. Today I weigh 363 lbs / 164.5 kg. After 6 months, an ungodly number of hours per week working out (nearing 20 - 23) and daily calorie counts I've lost almost 85 - 95 lbs total. Add that to the over 10 inches from my waistline and I feel great. No, I'm not eating too much in protein or calories, nor working out an unreasonable amount as some have told me. I'm right on path, my path. Either give me some encouragement or reasonable criticism or get the hell out of my way. #gains#goals#weightlossjourney#weightgoals#weightloss#progressnotperfection#fattofit#sidebyside
Nothing like waking up this snowy Monday morning to messages from the ladies I've been helping over the past few months saying how glad they are to be a part of such an awesome experience! 💃🏽I am thankful for each and every one of them because THEY keep me going! They give me the PUSH to reach my own personal goals. So with that being said, I'm working on my new KICK ASS challenge group starting Dec 1st! Stop wasting your time and if you're the SLIGHTEST bit motivated to get yourself in shape for the holidays I'm here to help! Limited spots available so claim yours now! It's end of the year push time baby! 🎅🏼☃️
✨home practice ✨ • I can’t remember the last time I rolled out my mat and just played around with new things... I used to love challenging myself and finding new ways to do a pose. 🤓 This headstand variation is amazing for core engagement, balance and using your breath as a focus... next stop no hands 🙌🏼🙈 #throwingshapes
A little “no” “yes” for your glute work. In the first move and third one you’ll see me moving a lot of my body to get my leg moving. Try your hardest to do it more like the second and fourth. Nice small, concentrated, isolated movement. The glutes can be a really hard muscle to activate and isolate so really think about them when you are working them and take momentum out of your movements.
