I spy with my little eye: remnants of @thebigfakewedding from last week 🌿We cannot say t h a n k y o u enough to everyone who made it out for this gorgeous evening! A bonus thank you to @willowandivyevents, @rjcalligraphyco, and @northwestvintagerentals for collaborating with us & making this event one we will never forget! Also just have to note: one major benefit of being a florist? Your home always smells heavenly! ✨
#unconventionalpost These photos where taken back in #2013. I had just recently gotten #sober. Over the past 4 years the weight crept on slowly and 3 years ago I became more depressed then ever. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety/panic disorder and mild depression. Not once did a doctor recommend eating a healthy diet and exercising. Instead they gave me pills, that I would not take, because of my anxiety i have always been scared to try medications in fear of a bad reaction. Fast forward to July 2017. I decided I was ready to change. I started eating healthy. End of July I went on a hike with friends up #rattlesnakeledge and was the last one to make it up and I almost gave up. That night, I went home, and I cried. The pain was so unbearable, how could I be so athletic just a few years ago and just throw it all away? #depression and #anxiety was my answer. That night I got the #bodybuildingcom app and started meal prepping. My life has changed so much in such a short time. My depression is gone and my anxiety is so minimal now that I have control over my #panicattacks my #fibromyalgia pain is half of what it use to be and i feel so free. I swear on everything I love that the women I use to be, is not allowed to live in this body again. My journey has very little to do with my weight and very much to do with my soul and health. So next year I will be back in to running 5ks and marathons again. Stay tuned. Thank you to everyone who is supporting me.
