I felt exactly how I looked! I was emotionally, physically and mentally drained. My bad eating habits were causing my life to shatter. I was always tired, not wanting to get out of the bed. My asthma was getting the best of me. I was self conscious and my confidence was declining! I just kept trying to eat my emotions away. I was totally addicted and the more I stressed the more I ate. The more I ate the more I stressed. One day I decided. Enough was enough! I took the little will power I had and fought my way out. Hoy probé por primera vez hummus completamente crudo y además Tian y mi madre se han unido🙄 En vez de garbanzos se usa calabacín y apio junto con los mismas especias y la verdad es que a mí me parece igual de sabor😋 La receta la tengo de nuevo de la app de @rawvana | Today I've tried for the first time raw hummus and besides my bro and my mom have joined😅 Instead of chickpeas I've used zucchini and celery and the same spices. And I think the taste is the same as the original😍
