Lentil Coconut Curry  2 tbs coconut oil 1 tbs each: cumin seeds and coriander seeds 1 head of garlic, chopped 1.5 cups crushed tomatoes 2 tbs ginger, chopped 1 tbs turmeric 2 tsp sea salt 1 cup dried brown lentils 1-2 tsp cayenne powder 1 – 15-ounce can coconut milk A few handfuls of cherry tomatoes 1 cup chopped cilantro  Heat the coconut oil in a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cumin and coriander seeds and toast until they start to brown, about 45 seconds. Add the garlic to let it brown. Add crushed tomatoes, ginger, turmeric, and sea salt to the pot and cook, stirring. Add lentils, cayenne powder, and 3 cups of water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 35-40 minutes, or until the lentils are soft. Stir the pot a few times to prevent the lentils from sticking to the bottom. If the curry starts to look dry, add an extra 1/2 – 1 cup of water. Once lentils are soft, add the coconut milk and cherry tomatoes and bring the pot back to a simmer. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cilantro. Serve with rice. The top is the berry of a thorn (don't ask where he took it 🙈) . Оригинал рецепта на страница Сергея и Милены. 15-18 фиников 1/2стакана миндаля 3/4 стакана овсяных хлопьев 1 ч.л. мускатного ореха 1/2 ч.л. молотого сухого имбиря 1/4 ч.л. ванильного экстракта Смешайте в блендере все ингредиенты до однородной массы, скатайте  шарики или придайте любую форму конфеткам. Можно обвалять кокосовой стружкой. Положите в морозилку или подсушите на дегидраторе. Конфетки готовы! 🍬🍬🍬 Dear followers! Now it’s 1000 of you! I used shredded coconut to cover candy. Put in the freezer or dry it on the dehydrator.
