You absolutely can not be a feminist and not be vegan. It's so contradicting. Put yourself in the lives of these female animals. The horrors they experience. The pain and suffering they endure at the hands of humans.... just so we could eat their body parts and secretions. It's not a means of survival. It's unnecessary abuse, it's unhealthy for our bodies and harming the planet. Nothing good comes of this. Imagine what your life would be if you were bred into existence for the purpose of being used and exploited. Female cows are used for their bodies, their vaginas, their milk. They are often taken from their mothers as babies where they are raised to be used as some dairy machine. They get set up on what humans call the "rape rack" where the farmers then violate them and forcefully shove their entire arm up their vaginas to inject bull semen so the females become pregnant to produce milk. Like humans, cows produce milk when they are pregnant.... like humans their bodies naturally does that for THEIR babies. If the babies are boys they are sent to slaughter almost immediately. You know the veal people eat. Eating babies is where we are at in humanity 🤦🏻♀️ if the calves are female they are raised to be a dairy cow just like their mother. This process is repeated over and over again with the same cow until she is spent and can no longer stand. Her utters are bloody and her body can no longer handle any more. At that point she's sent to slaughter where she goes through a traumatic death and her body is chopped into pieces for human consumption. If you consider yourself a feminist, please take a look at how ALL females get treated. Make the connection. They feel, see, experience and love just like we do. They don't deserve this. If people could switch places for just one day with these animals we would immediately do everything on our end to put a stop to this. Be on the side of justice and love. End oppression for every sentient being. 🌱✊🏽

monday trees. and a topic that I find a bit of annoying. probably, it pops up once in a while. as an artist working from home, I absoöutely could go crazy about people, who spontaneiously show up at my doorsteps. today it was one of my actually lovely neighbors. I've told her to please call, before coming over. in fact, I did a million times. only last night to be precise. and guess. yes, thirty minutes ago, there she was. thirty seconds, later she did leave. and me, I am sitting here, flow broken. a bit splash of color on my current piece. somehow feeling angry and guilty a the same time. asking, what has that to do with myself or the signals I am sending out? how do you handle these moments? #anartistslife#studio#routine#flow#respect#people#watercolor#splash#paint
