#muhammadali: "When I say I am the greatest boxer, I mean that I am the greatest Heavyweight boxer of all time. But when I say the greatest pound-for-pound boxer of all time, there is only one man and thats Sugar Ray Robinson. He was a pretty fighter like me, everything I learned; I learned from Sugar Ray Robinson. Man, that guy sure was something else."
One man who not only became bigger than boxing, let alone sports as a whole. One man who became bigger than life itself, the world was not a big enough place to hold all of Muhammad Ali's greatness. Their is celebrity and then there is Muhammad Ali. #pioneer#neverforget
MUSCLE MATURITY The photo above was taken in 2015, and the one below is in 2017. More than 2 years difference and it's so hard to see any difference between both, I had plenty of setbacks during that time with my disc injury and my elbow tendinitis, both affected my back training more than anything else, as with elbow tendinitis my biceps and forearms got weaker and my back training suffered. I don't think I have built tons of muscle between the two pics, but if you take a good luck you will notice that the only difference is my muscles look way more mature in the second pic, as a natural bodybuilder its so hard to build more muscle as you get closer to your natural genetic potential, but achieving more maturity is possible. 👴🏼 So what is muscle maturity? 🤔 Achieving a level where muscles are more striated, pumped, fuller, and more defined. If you consider most other athletic competitions you’d see that competing as a pro into your thirties and forties is truly a rarity. So what makes bodybuilding different? The answer’s simple. Muscle maturity. Unlike other sporting endeavors that focus mostly on fast twitch motions, joint functionality, and explosive movements, bodybuilding is about putting your muscles through years of intense training until they break down and mature to a level that will show increased definition and deep striations. 🙏🏼 Muscle maturity is as much about your age as it is about the work you put into building your body. If you take a look at some young bodybuilders in comparison to their older counterparts, you’ll notice that while they may both have size, may both be shredded, the older bodybuilder will have even more intricate striations in their muscles and will look fuller and
