There is one day a week when we leave our gym and we are beginners again. We learn new techniques and improve our skills little by little. It's not perfect, actually, it's far from perfect or even good. Ok, we suck at it. But we don't care. What really matters is that we move our bodies and just have fun freely rolling on the mat. What a fun, yet, humbling experience. Thank you #rkc for pushing me to places I never thought I'd go. I started with kettlebells about 1.5 years ago, and I had no idea what the heck I was doing. I learned how to snatch about 4 weeks ago with @katiepetersen22 Thanks to @strengthfaction, @andreaducane made me test out with a heavier bell than my weight class. Today, I am an RKC instructor. Do things that are going to challenge you physically and mentally because that is the only way you are ever going to grow. If you need help reaching your potential, you know where to find me!
