These elevated bridges with abduction are no joke. I'm using one of my resistance bands (link in profile) to add resistance to the abduction. Squeeze at the top and those #glutes will feel it. This is how it goes down first thing in the morning. Got in 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill before I hit my total body workout which consisted of: 2 Sets, 15 reps each except step ups and donkey kick combo (20 reps each). 1. Combo: biceps curl, deadlift to reverse grip front raise 2. Incline bench chest press 3. Incline bench front raise 4. Incline bench Tate tricep press 5. Sumo squats 6. Sumo squat pulses 7. Step ups 8. Side step ups with lateral leg raise 9. Incline bridge 10. Single leg bridge 11. Fire hydrant to donkey kick I'm feeling it already.
