Friday is another leg day for me so a 10 minute warmup on the treadmill at 15% incline and varying speeds with an almost 18 minute "cool down" (so I could get in a mile at 15% incline) sandwiched around lunges, squats, and a bunch of other exercises that I equally hate. #friyay#legday#treadmill#incline
Major FAIL. Okay friends, let's talk coconut flour. I CANNOT figure it out. The texture is always weird and anything with coconut flour comes out tasting soapy to me. These 'chocolate and coconut protein' muffins came out tasting like straight up, Dial bar soap. 😳 Are any of you avid coconut flour users? Help!
