Four easy miles after last night's run up a steep hill and then speed work afterwards. Legs felt tired at the end but good overall. Back to my normal consistent healthy eating patterns, and I'm already feeling like a ball of energy again! New morning ritual: running while listening to the @rambling_runner podcast. Up for pre-sunrise treadmill run. I’ve been doing a running mechanics training program (indoor/outdoor) for 4 weeks now and wow! How you run is so important. I’ve been running for a while & doing 30-60 minutes but always with breaks. For the first time on Sunday I did a 35 minute outdoor run - no breaks - and I wasn’t out of breath. Lesson: Take your time to learn mechanics if you want to run. 🏃♀️
