‼️Quick physics lesson‼️Newton's 1st law: An object at rest stays at rest unless acted upon by an unbalanced force (and same for object in motion). - How this law applies to life⬇️⬇️⬇️: Basically, habits! It's hard to break out of a cycle or pattern or lifestyle once you do it for a while, isn't it?  If you eat healthy for a few weeks, your body starts to adapt to those foods and eating unhealthy foods will not make you feel great.  Or if you eat unhealthy and you want to start eating healthy, it's hard to stop eating all the junk and much, much easier to keep eating whatever you want.  If you don't go to the gym for a while, you'll fall into that pattern of not going and it'll be hard to get back into it and vice versa.  You will keep doing the same bad habits unless something helps/cause you to change. So if you're feeling stuck in one way or another, make a change!!!!! (#lifehacks u feel me)  And that change can be anything! Get a friend to force you to workout, track what you eat if it'll help you, give yourself a reward for making a change, etc. Anything that will help you change your bad habit is a good and necessary "unbalanced force." - Who knew physics could be so useful? 🤔🤓 #sciencerules
