We went to RevFit down in Hattiesburg today since they have the best equipment and best people like @jdk_2 .... 5s with 315/335/345/350. So thankful to have those around me to push me and keep me safe. . . @frankdaddy29 sTRENgth shirts and @feedmefightme shorts automatically adds +20lbs to your squat

Meaning that you have overcome everything and anything that has come your way and made you feel like the world was collapsing! . . . . 3️⃣ Have no fear! Looking back at my life I have never truly been terrified! And I am so grateful for that! Why should I be scared of a power clean, taking a test or going on an interview? I’m made it this far, I’ll be okay and you will too!! . . . . 4️⃣ View stress as something positive! Taking the feeling of stress and turning it into something positive can go a long way! Next time you have those butterflies in your stomach tell yourself that this feeling is just your body preparing you to crush the task that lies ahead! So crumple, go crush it instead!! . . . . “ Meat head cardio” with @court.fit135 this afternoon! 5 minutes! 3 landmine squat and press, 2 pull ups! AMRAP!! We did 4 rounds of this switching up the exercises each 5 minutes !
