Grateful for the kind of year this has been-one that’s taken me these wild places, both in nature and out of it. And the people, adventures and work I’ve been blessed by all along the way-good grief. Feeling very in the holiday spirit today. Almost-very nearly-can’t even. ❤️ you all.
Thanksliving✨🦃 The words hold so true right now. I’m so thankful to be alive. I am so grateful to be living in the time that I am, despite the suffering. I am grateful to celebrate life, and surround myself with people who value life, beauty and compassion. This dish was made and styled by @oliveavocados & @isachandra for @modernlovebrooklyn last night, whom was recently voted # 1 vegan restaurant in NYC by @nymag, which is a HUGE deal, duh, AND honor very much deserved by @isachandra & @oliveavocados, and the entire kitchen and FOH staff @modernlovebrooklyn. I am truly in awe of y’all and am incredibly honored to now be part of the act of serving hundreds of non-vegans, vegan food 5 days a week. Animal activism takes many forms. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do @isachandra. Peace starts on our plates.✨✌️
