Fitness-technique⚽️🏃🏻♂️ circuit with and without resistance, using the #recoil360. Aim🎯 for 3 or 4 sets of each exercise either for time or reps, I like to do 30-40⏱ seconds reps with good intensity. Adding the ⚽️ gives you the opportunity to make it more specific ,although sometimes we tend to make everything “soccer specific” without getting full benefits of the fitness. Another way I do it ,is by mixing some drills with the ⚽️ and some without⚽️, that way the go all out. There is a time and place for everything, and I know kids have to have the ⚽️ on their feet most of the time, but we also have to develop athletes. It’s all about ⚖️.
