🔺long post alert🔺 Today I’ve made my protein smoothie for lunch with peanut butter, bananas, oatmeal, milk, and #smoothieking chocolate gladiator protein! My fave👏🏻 Since I can’t eat the food at my job, I’m bringing my own! I made a salad with a spring mix as the base, with grilled chicken/onions/peppers on top, and a smallllll amount of cheese. I also found this chipotle ranch at #wholefoodsmarket that is low sodium😍🙌🏻 Lastly, I got my blood test results back and everything came out NORMAL. Hearing that was the best feeling ever, knowing that I’m okay. All the glory & thankfulness goes to God! BUT, I still have to make a change! #savto170#fightingtobefit#myweightlossjourney#feelinggood
