The Global Goals World Cup (GGWCup), the first women’s only global football tournament in the Middle East to support the United Nations’ 17 Global Goals, will be held in Dubai on January 19. The one-day five-a-side tournament consisting of 24 women’s teams will be organised by Dubai-headquartered @sustainablemindz and Denmark-based Eir Soccer under the patronage of the Danish Embassy in Abu Dhabi, Save the Children and the United Nations Development Programme.
