I decided that I would capture some footage on film today just to show some leg exercise that I love to do and that work best for me. I’m not saying this is what you should do, I just find this is what works best for me. I’m currently recovering from being run down from working a lot more than I’m used to and a throat infection. If it wasn’t for the help of my antibiotics and the extra little push from my better half and Merica Labz- Red White & Boom pre workout I don’t think I would of made it to the gym today. Without eating much over the past few days I gave it a bloody smashing effort today and to say I am proud is an understatement. I am starting to see progress again throughout my body. I can see some some definition underneath my skin trying to come out, I’m nowhere near where I want to be body image wise but I can at least say I’m proud of myself and can see how far I have come in the past year and a half of training. I’m just like any other person I work, love to eat, love a drink but I am now doing my best to have a balance with my weight lifting. I wouldn’t change it for the world.
