You're going to have to get uncomfortable, you're going to have to MAKE time for yourself and get those workouts in, you're going to have to cook HEALTHY meals and STICK with it. 👊🏼 . Will it be hard, yes! Will there be days you don't want to show up, yes! But will you be a better wife/daughter/mom/employee because of it, heck yes!! Will it be worth it, 110%!! . The choice is yours. Cut the excuses, plug into a community that supports you + cheers you on and MAKE IT HAPPEN! 💗 Love you! 😘
Yesterday someone said their goal was to be just like me and I was so surprised and almost kind of shocked. While that's the sweetest thing ever, I want everyone to just be their own, happy, beautiful versions of themselves!! 💗☺ I know I've said this before, but what I share on here is just my highlight reel. I am a HOT MESS 95% of the time. I struggle with stress. I struggle wth work life balance. My room is usually a mess. I have a sick addiction to peanut butter. I could go on and on, but I just want you to know that I'm 100% human and pretty dang flawed ❤️but working to improve myself each and every day. #teamlivefit
Dinner the other night- sweet potato noodles with ground turkey and veggies. Easy and delicious 😋 I finish @emilyskyefit phase 3 for the second time tomorrow! Really happy with my progress and my strength right now. Excited to start a new program after MDW! Everyone enjoy yourself and indulge. Xo
Clean eating, what is that? And how do I do it? A few of you have asked me that recently. While I'm not a nutritionist or a health coach or a scientist (if I were though I'd want to be a rocket scientist just so I could say "I'm a rocket scientist 😝" ) BUT... I've done a drastic overhaul on my diet over the past 6 months so here are my top 3 tips to start eating clean(er): •Eat Real Food- buy it yourself. If it's in a package, read the ingredients. If you have to google a word to figure out what it is, it's probably not real food. •Educate Yourself- why is sugar added to everything? Why have people been telling us all our lives that fat is bad? Is the food pyramid a good guideline? What is your primary form of fuel? Is it sugar? Listen to podcasts, watch documentaries, USE GOOGLE! •Be prepared- cook food... a lot of it. Keep it around so you can snack on real food. Eat regularly and eat until you're satisfied. Going out to eat? Look up the menu online... don't be afraid to ask what things are cooked in. Stock up... it's pretty sad but packaged, fake food is much more readily available than the real stuff.
