3.28.2017 This morning, I completed my last workout for BBG 1.0!! 🎉🎉🎉It has been a lot time coming and I am so happy that I officially finished the guide! I've overcome some struggles and challenges along the way but I did it! I've gotten so much stronger and my body has changed a bit over the last three months which has been extremely exciting to experience! I am still trying to have courage to post my transformation picture, so hopefully I will get to that point soon! I'll keep you posted 🙃 As for this delicious soup, the recipe was posted by @hannahbronfman and I have been dying to try it out, so I made it yesterday! I even made enough to last me through the week! It is full of yummy veggies and comes out as a thick soup and it is super delicious on a cold day! I'll share the recipe below! Clean Green Detox Soup INGREDIENTS 1 bundle of asparagus 1 head of broccoli 1 zucchini 1 bunch of spinach 3 celery stalks 2 large cloves of garlic 1 white onion 2 cups of vegetable broth 2 tsp of coconut oil 1. Heat up coconut oil in a pot 2. Once the coconut oil is hot, add onion and garlic. 3. Stir until soft and translucent 4. Add the rest of the vegetables to the pot. Make sure the vegetables are cut into small pieces. 5. Once the vegetables have sorted a bit, add the vegetable broth. 6. Add salt and pepper, if desired. 7. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes. 8. Pour mixture into a blender and mix until smooth. Serve immediately hot or you can refrigerate and/or freeze the extra to eat over the next few days! ENJOY!
