Decided to try #bbg. I've had the program since before I started my weight loss journey but never actually bothered using it. I'm just really not feeling my current workout routine and I'm just not seeing results mostly because I'm just so unmotivated. Holy sweaty mess was it harder than I thought. Let's see if I can actually stick with this.
BBG 2.0 round 3 complete!! 🎉 Well kind of...I accidentally did week 24 legs again instead of the full body, haha! I was halfway through the circuits and I thought geez, why is this such a leg burner when it's full body? Lol I didn't mind, I love legs 😊 I do want to get that full body in though. After LISS tomorrow and full body whenever I get around to it, I plan on posting progress photos. I'm kind of sad to see this round end actually, I felt like I grew so much in every way, strength and self love. This round was all about finding my balance and learning to truly love my body. It's been a slow process but I've learned so much from the community and I am slowly getting there. You know you're doing it right when Euro Triathetes ask you what 'program' you follow for training when all you do is Eat whole plants give it your all at every training session till you just can't go at it anymore and can't even move which is how i built my fitness specially my Running back in 2014 i would just run non stop trying to get my 5K Under 20 minutes try after try endless tries i would run, sprint than look down check the timing and than just thinking oh well tomorrow i'll get it right... till one day a few months later BOOM the personal best finally comes at me..
