There's nothing better than starting my day off with caffeine + good personal development (puppy cuddles too). I used to think personal development was so silly when I first started coaching, even when my coach told me to find a book, I honestly had no intention of actually doing it. Then I watched others around me and how it was changing them from the INSIDE out and at the time I so badly needed the mental shift. So I got started and haven't looked back since. Whenever something is off for me or not going right, I know I'm missing my PD and need to pour into it.  There's something that clicks in your head and leaves you a better person after just a few minutes of it, my favorite thing is reading it while sipping my pre workout 😍 Current read is #the5secondrule and it's changing everything for me.  If you struggle with anxiety, procrastination, motivation, or have big goals you're wanting to hit I HIGHLY recommend this one. It's getting my preggo booty motivated again 🙌🏽 Do you read PD? WEEK 7 - FULL BODY . Been quiet the last few days, as I’m spending the long weekend in my hometown visiting my parents. But that doesn’t mean the workouts have stopped! I can’t believe I’ve made it to week 7! I’m past the halfway point! This is the farthest I’ve ever gotten into BBG, and there’s no stopping! . Loved the arm burn from today’s workout, I like to feel my muscles are working hard and this definitely did the job! I had to pause a few times during the tricep dips because my arms were hurting so much and the sit up and twists took forever but it felt great to get to the end 😊 So weird doing arms on a Monday, I don’t think I would have did that arm workout on Saturday if I’d known that but I did say I wanted to work harder on my arms! 4:00 a.m. wake up call again this morning in order to get my workout in today 💪🏼 some people think I’m crazy for getting up so early, but you do what you have to do 💁🏼 Day 33 is complete, booty day. Booty day is not one of my favorites but I was super excited this morning because I got to try my weights for the first time! They are super bulky, but you get used to it. I am very glad I purchased them. My only issue right now is my hand are already getting callous from them...anyone else? I may have to get some lifting gloves, which makes me feel like a big baby but 🤷🏼‍♀️ my hands have to look nice for my wedding

“Scarlet, are those things Easter eggs?” Well my friends, even though Easter is getting ever nearer those thing aren’t Easter eggs they are actually makeup sponges :p my house mate gave me these and I’m hoping they will be a dupe for the @realtechniques complexion sponge (which I love and is the only thing I used to apply makeup) gonna try them out tomorrow so hopefully they are good and blend everything out well! Will do a little video on insta stories tomorrow morning so keep an eye out and if they’re good I’ll link them! Anyway, happy Monday my babes! Start of a new week which means leg day for me 💪🏻 I’m actually on my period and normally I HATE working out but since being on the pill they have gotten so much better! I used to get really bad cramps and feel 🤢 when working out while on my period so here’s hoping that I can hit legs without any cramps sneaking up on me 👌🏻 what are you guys doing for your workout today?!!

happymonday! booty day was insaneee 🍑🔥 phase 1 was all about getting used to the moves with resistance bands, now phase 2 is all about challenging yourself and doubling up on resistance bands! i’ll give credit where credit is due, and for those of you who can go to the gym and do your thing, go you. i need structure and a program to follow otherwise i’ll just snap selfies all day 😂  at home workouts are literally the new bff, what a perfect way to start the week 🤟🏽
