PRs for pull-ups today! I did 32 total, which is the most I've ever done during one workout. I did 12 (PR for consecutive reps), 9, 6, and 5 with a couple minutes rest between sets. I'm hoping to be get up to 40 consecutively with only hanging rest; that goal is a ways away, but I'll get there!

While week 2 legs&cardio nearly killed me today, I was able to make it through knowing this sweet treat was waiting for me😍 WakeShake protein powder does NOT disappoint! Along with NO artificial sweeteners and NO artificial ingredients the taste is incredible! I'm pretty picky about protein powder, and so far this one has exceeded all expectations!
