@_kylie.bree_ getting some work in! She plays in a shape with 3 in the back, and mentioned she had trouble handling counter attacks. I tired a couple different variations of this with her, the main points being to drop in your shape and be patient. Being patient and organized in your shape will force the attackers to think longer and when this happens plays become more and more predictable; it's then that intercepting passes becomes possible. Being compised enough to rebuild your teams rhythm is also important. If you win the ball and blast it away thoughtlessly you will only end up defending again!
