If there’s something I’ve learnt in my 8+ years working as a PT, delivering something close to 11,000 1:1 sessions and having SO many conversations on weight loss, shape, health and fitness.. it’s this: - - When we try to do everything all at once and overhaul our lives, we actually feel more overwhelmed and achieve very little or we can’t keep up any changes for a long period of time ❌ - - That’s why I’m a big advocate of focusing on ONE THING, doing it properly day in and day out until it becomes a habit, and is something we don’t even have to think about. - - When we nail that, then we can start to focus on another aspect of healthy living and make something else a habit 🤓 - - This is all part of the bigger picture. - - Whilst there’s definitely a time and a place for dieting to lose weight and following a calorie deficit eating plan, it’s not something we want to be doing ALL the time as a way of life. - - 🌟 So my challenge for you this week is to focus on and commit to doing one thing that helps with your healthy living goals (whatever that looks like to you) and seeing it through 🌟 - - What’s your one goal for the week?
