When you’ve been awake for about 36 hours due to night shifts and lack of childcare, you finally get the kids to go to bed and therefore lay down in your bed and the neighbours start to hammer bloody furniture! Just been for my postnatal check with the lovely and very knowledgeable @thefitmamamethod and am very pleased to say that my diastasis recti is pretty good and I’ve got a 5/5 for my pelvic floor!! Only a Mum can get excited about her pelvic floor eh! 😉 Which all means that training whilst preggers with this little guy worked a treat and I can get back into fitness... as soon as the sleep deprivation allows me 😩😴 Time to get beach body ready for our holiday this year!!
