Oh just butter basting ham steaks with thyme/savory. 🐷Mangalitsa (or Mangalica) pigs are the kobe beef of pork. They are a Hungarian breed prized for their fat & marbling--it's name means "hog with a lot of lard". This heritage pig is great for sausage making too (see my past IG photos).
