Meal preppin’ & hydrating. I don’t always love carbonated water for feeling temporarily bloated but, it’s keeping me from the wine🍷for tonight soooo 😉👌🏼🤪. . What’s on your plans for meals this week??? I’m TELLING you, you don’t have to prep EVERYTHING but doing at least some sort of prep will make your life easier AND your waistline will thank you when you’re not running to grab take-out for lunch or dinner. 😘 . We got these options going for dinners this week: 🍽 Zoodles w/ Turkey Meat Sauce 🥒🍝 🍽 Grilled Chicken & Broccoli 🍽 Turkey Burgers w/ Salad or Green Beans 🍽 Breakfast for the “plan B” if needed .
