What this does is forcing the body to use the fat and fat storages as energy instead of carbs, and the glycogen storages will be empty, which will eventually get you shredded. But that's what I had my mind set on! 🙌🏼 I came across an illegal copy of this at home fitness program called Insanity. Either it was a scam or I wouldn't stick with it but I tried it anyway. I realized quickly that this was going to take work. After only a few minutes into the first HIIT workout I paused the video, I was about to quit, out of breath and tears running down my face. I was at my heaviest I’ve ever been, 5’ 3” @ 232lb. I realized then that only I can change my situation. When I get asked how I stay motivated or what’s my secret… It’s not an answer most want to hear. It wasn’t an overnight change. 2 words PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT every dam day! Change will happen on the outside when you start on the inside.
