I got in a workout today!!!!! The last couple weeks have been crazy and hard to get in workouts....my body has not really been wanting to do much and so I've taken it easier and actually listened to what my body needs!!! It's not easy to do....but gosh it's so necessary sometimes!! Today was a bit of cardio and strength with just body weight for resistance. I really needed it and I got in a good sweat too! No extra squats tonight because my workout had A LOT in them!
The clouds mimic the earth’s landscape...there’s nothing but peace and time to reflect, and honestly I love that. I feel that all of us need more time to enjoy the world around us. We need to slow down and I appreciate every moment we get the chance to.
