Finally found some sort of Cardio that I actually enjoy doing, started hitting the speed bag 7 days ago and it definitely gets my heart rate up! Cutting isn't always enjoyable but there are ways to make it more fun. Find an activity that you like and use it to benefit you during your cut. There's always a way to do it and everyone enjoys different things, so get out there and find what suits you best!
