Upper body workout this morning with soph!! We warmed up on the rower then did Supersets of the following exercises (3 sets of 10 reps) 🔹Lat pull down and lateral raise 🔹Chest press and high row 🔹Bent over row and front raise 🔹Upright row and shoulder press 🔹Bicep curls and tricep pushdown  We finished off with an abs blast, ending in plank and side plank!! Had a lit dance party otw to the gym yesterday (snap: hartleis) so I hit my session hype and ready to work. Had a really really great session, took my time to feel my reps and just had fun. Putting WHOLE video together to post tomorrow🤩so look out for that!!! After 2 fullbody days it's time for a upper body workout. On this day our goal is to focus on the Bend Over Row (BOR). The rest of the workout is all about that pump tho 💪 If pull ups are to heavy for getting more than 8 reps I recommended to do lat pulldowns instead. I’ve got a long road ahead rebuilding my neck and shoulder. . It’s all about appropriate loading in pain free ranges of motion. . Often the advice is ‘rest it’ but this can actually slow down or worsening the recovery process. Clearly you don’t want to go too far the other way either and keep doing too much. . Training is about the moment and concentrating and observing everything about what you can do, how you do it, how it feels and what the after effects are (good and bad). . It’s not all made up on the spot, glorious, survival workouts. . Some people can’t be bothered to learn and just want to ‘go beast mode’. . 1) These people get hurt unnecessarily . 2) If you’re going to spend an hour in the gym either way, why not make sure everything counts instead of 50% if it? . . . . . #shoulders #upperbody #bodybuilding #strength #gym #workout #fitness #muscle

🔥SHAPE • • • • Zoo ik heb mijn upperbody training weer gehad✌🏼. En daarmee ook mijn eerste week van de cycle er weer op zitten💁🏼. Was op sommige punten even doorzetten en niet toegeven aan dat ik wat kracht weer kwijt was🙆🏼 (hoezo gaat dat zo snel, of is dat mijn mind fuck😅🤔). Upperbody ging lekker☺️. Kracht blijft toenemen. Gewicht eigenlijk weinig🤔. Ik blijf maar eten, eten en eten😬🤤. Oh well best wel vertrouwen in het proces✌🏼. Ook sommige dagen niet. You holding yourself accountable, you not worried about if anyone is “staring” at you, just you. Remember hard work never goes unnoticed ⚖️
