💛🌱💛 BIG YELLOW SMOOTHIE 💛🌱💛 . this smoothie never disappoints! especially when it's fall but it's 30 degrees out (NOT COMPLAINING!) and it's too hot for my turmeric latte! . 4 ripe spotty bananas 2 mangos 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds 1 tbsp ground sunflower seeds 2 tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp black pepper about a cup of almond milk big handful of ice cubes (because my bananas weren't frozen) . I added the ground sesame and sunflower seeds because I am seed cycling! ladies, check it out! . happy saturday!

🌿 COMFORT 🌿 . At its finest! Sausage casserole for the fam was an easy option instead of take away two nights in a row.. and the curry house wasn't open on time for our hungry men 🤣 . Some more things I love about autumn is the comfort food. Im LOVING potatoes at the moment (not Irish at all). 🤣 What's your comfort dish? . This was pretty simple and we always have a pack of @lindamccartneyfoods vegan sausages in the freezer. . 1 pack of sausages 2 medium potatoes 1 sweet potato 3 carrots 1 red onion Handful mushrooms Good sprinkle of red split lentils Rosemary 600mls Veggie stock 1tbsp garlic powder Other dried herbs (parsley, oregano and thyme) Pepper . No need to add salt as most stocks have salt and the sausages have a high salt content. . Bake on a high heat for around 40 mins. Thanks to @pyrexukofficial for this awesome dish 😉
