Lunch time! After watching "What the Health" on Netflix on Friday I instantly became a Vegan. The thought of animal products actually makes me feel sick now. The thought that meat causes cancer, and seeing all the puss that is in dairy products just turned my stomach. I've been doing well so far, and every time I see the meat and cheese in my fridge I just get an image of the puss coming out of the cysts that were popped during the programme on the pigs and cows. The most interesting part was the fact that the protein comes from all the plants that the animals eat. I know that I will never eat anything that contains animal product again and I'm loving all the vibrant food I am eating. In my bowl is: cous cous, carrot, spinach, red pepper, pomegranate, cucumber and edamame beans. Delicious!
