Wake up every morning feeling like P... wait... wake up every morning feeling like your amazing self! ••• I’m almost a month into my workout program & nutrition plan and, holy crap, I’m loving the results! ••• So far on day 25, - I’m way more toned - I’ve lost about 1.5 inch on my waist - I’ve lost an inch on my bust - And most importantly, I’m feeling FANFREAKINGTASTIC ••• I can’t wait to see what my end results will be with one more month. I’m even more excited to see how the women I coach are doing! ••• December 1 we start the next part of our challenge and this time of year we tend to forget about ourselves to focus on others. BUT you can’t truly devote yourself to others if you don’t devote time to YOU! Another day, another big bowl of porridge🤓 got to crack on with some statement writing, portfolio preparing and maths revising today. Need to walk into town first though to get my essentials (bananas, oats, dates, cucumber and bread lol) but it’s chucking it down outside so I’m not looking forward to it! Même Rose et Raphaël ont adoré la purée. Moi qui raffole de potimarron, j’ai été servi, que du bonheur ce midi là 🤤 Si vous n’êtes pas aussi amoureux de potimarron que moi, vous pouvez y ajouter un peu de pommes de terre pour adoucir le goût de potimarron. #potimarron#puree#pumpkin#squash
What's for tea Aussies? Or brekkie for the Brits? I'm having shit loads of veg, and its naked! No plastic in sight. Veg makes me happy and healthy. And despite confusion and many misconceptions, there are lots of vegetables which contain protein. Including spinach, brussel sprouts, brocolli and POTATOES! Yep. Its true. I've been heading towards a vegan diet for a while now, due to environmental and health reasons 🌿🌿 The only thing i've not been able to give up is CHEESE. I just LOVE cheese. But this week i've stepped it up a notch to 100% vegan. I've found some "okay" dairy free cheese in the supermarket. Any dairy-free cheese recommendations welcome please 🙌🙌🙌
