You need a checklist for the steps you take to upload/schedule your blog posts. How to upload products on your website platform of choice. How to reply to a customer service enquiry, complaint or even a quote. Set up these systems from the moment you start and note them down in Evernote, Trello, Google docs or even pen and paper if that is your style.

When starting out in business it is very important to have set guidelines to ensure that your clients will not take advantage of you. Set open hours - e.g. 9am - 4pm What days will you open for business? When are you available for client calls? How long a reply to an email will take? Will you be available on weekends? Be very very clear from the get go as it can get a little messy later on.
