Ingredients needed for 2 full sized loaves or 24 mini loaves: . ๐Ÿด6 very #ripebananas ๐Ÿด1 cup #brownsugar. 3/4 cup oil (we used #oliveoil ) ๐Ÿด2 tsp #vanilla extract ๐Ÿด1.5 cup #plainflour / all-purpose flour ๐Ÿด1.5 cup #wheatflour ๐Ÿด2 tsp #bakingsoda ๐Ÿด1tbs #cinnamon powder ๐Ÿด pinch of salt ๐Ÿด 1.5 cup chopped #walnuts ( seperate 1/2 cup chopped for the tops of the bread. . . STEP ONE: mix all "wet" ingredients well. . STEP TWO: mix in all "dry" Ingredients. . STEP THREE: Pour mix into the molds and tap tray a few times to rid of air bubbles. . STEP FOUR: Top mix with extra Walnuts . STEP FIVE: bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degree celsius or 356 degree fahrenheit. ( depending on what type of pan you are using ) .
