MMA Shred and Core Kinetics done! Yesterday was Active Recovery, and if you know me and my fitness journey of the past three years...I almost always skip those 😕😂 but this time I decided to at least give a try. And I'm so glad I did! It really helps to fine tune the moves and the stretching was wonderful! Will definitely continue doing my Active Recovery days! Today's workout was freaking awesome. I think MMA Shred is my favorite so far. For 35 minutes I forgot all that's going on around me and focused on me. The emotions I let out during those spider man planks (or whatever they're called) is how much I want to be better. I let out for a brief second all the doubt I had about myself. I let out all the negative words I think about myself. I let out the frustration of not being able to get out of my own way. I let out the thoughts of how others may feel about me. I ended that workout not feeling like I could have pushed a little harder but extremely proud of how hard I pushed.
