So it's Monday again #week2 and I decide to go to A&E after another failed attempt to attend work. I was given an X-ray and given some fluid and basically sent on my way. It's probably a virus Tezzie just rest and give it another week 🙈. 😐!! So that was it! I have a stomach bug! Right?😳 I started to feel slightly better and even managed to take the kids to a play centre that weekend with my sister. I mean why not!  Nope! I wasn't better at all intact the weakness didn't subside and  #week3 all my symptoms came back and they got a whole lot worse.  The dizziness was constant especially when I moved around. I then started to blackout. I knew then that I had to ask for help. I couldn't get anything done, my son wasn't getting anything from me. This is when the people around me started to take it all seriously. They saw it for themselves, it wasn't just me saying I felt awful anymore.  So I went to the GP and she booked me in for a blood test. Which I didn't go to. I mean “”how do you expect me to get there,  I used every last bit of energy I had left to come and see you””. Sigh!! 😖  Since there were no answers there my cousins literally begged me to go to a different hospital for a second opinion. It took a few days but I finally agreed.  So #week4. Yes Week 4 people, I basically ignored  every last symptom for a whole four Weeks. See me life!.🤔🙄🤦🏾‍♀️. Continued in comments ⬇️⬇️⬇️

🔹So I had a really rough day on Sunday and I was feeling so overwhelmed😣 I live in a studio apartment with my boyfriend, which honestly isn’t all that bad, except that we don’t have a kitchen. This makes it EXTREMELY difficult to meal prep. We purchased a small grill that I’ve been using, and we do have a microwave and small toaster oven. This is the second Sunday in a row that I literally spent 7 hours grocery shopping and then meal prepping. I have to run back and forth from outside and we have so little counter space that it’s honestly such a huge feat to get even one thing prepped. That, in addition to other stressors, just exhausted and stressed me out to the point where I was beginning to ruminate on how dissatisfied I felt with where I’m currently at in my life. I started thinking that I couldn’t keep doing this, and this isn’t the right time in my life to commit to this, and just simply wanted to give up. Sharing about it now, it seems silly, but even after reading the #fbgnewsletter I was feeling so stuck and it even took over my day yesterday. But today is going to be different... . . . 🔸Today, I’ve decided to take back my week and focus on the idea that our perceptions change our reality. I’m tired of being so focused on what I wish my life was like. So I looked up #positivequotes to inspire #positivethoughts and these are a few favorites. My intentions for the day are to #staypositive and focus on the things I am grateful for. I am determined to have a good day, and a good week, and I refuse to allow my own thoughts to interfere with my happiness. So today I will replace “I can’t” with “I can” and “I don’t want to” or “I’m too tired” with “I’m going to get through this.” . . . 🔹As for this meal prepping issue... I’m going to stay positive and figure out a solution that is both healthy, more convenient, and way less stressful. I’ll post on my story when I figure it out 😆 . . . 🔸If you
