Day 419 ✅ One of my goals this year was to bench half my body weight or 45kgs- currently at 30kg x12, for 4 sets (this is my last set). Bit rusty but I’m loving it 🤸🏼‍♀️
Trying to step up my workouts by taking better care of myself afterwards • And after some research I’ve found that @vitalstrength define protein powder is something I’m going to test out this month to see if it helps in my recovery and results in the gym • Might add a shot of coffee to my shakes, I’ve had some baaaaaad experiences with Vanilla protein shakes 🤭 • Cross your fingers!

Serve in smaller portions. Oftentimes, you eat whatever is in front of you without thinking. When you dish up dinner, start with smaller portion sizes. Once you're finished, you can go back for seconds if you need it.
