good morning everyone! 🌞 i know i've been a little gloom and doom about finals, but the end is in sight- i'll be done friday afternoon! just gotta make it through two more finals first 😬 starting my day with some banana bread (1 sp) with peanut butter (2 sp) and eggs- one egg and one egg white (0 sp). i know i could have both eggs but honestly i'm so used to the taste of egg whites now that i kind of prefer it!
Week 1 on #weightwatchers#freestyle went awesome and I didn’t even fully commit to it until Monday 😳!! I’ve got another 2.2 to lose from this round and another 10 to lose before I’m at my all time low but I’m loving it!! Today’s breakfast was only 3sp for non-fat yogurt with frozen berries and some granola!! I’m getting full and feel satisfied!!
Boy oh boy do I love #wwfreestyle the fact that 🐓 is ZERO POINTS now makes me do a little happy dance 💃🏻 I call this one my Honey Hot Chicken Bowl and now that Freestyle is a thing, you could load this baby with zero point beans, veggies, eggs, etc. but here’s the base recipe for a quick and easy change to the same old rice and chicken : 1/2 brown rice (4 SP) 3oz (or more!!!) grilled chicken breast (0 SP) Drizzle (less than 1 TSP) of @sbrbbq Honey Hot Sauce & Marinade (1 SP) Hope you enjoy this easy quick dish and can’t wait to see how you put your own flair to it using the new Freestyle program. Next update!! Okay so this one may have a little more than just weight-loss, but this is a big day! It’s moving day! Yes, this is the second time we’ve moved from one house in Collierville to another. Hopefully this will be the last! Also, I’m studying to become a teacher and recently passed my first professional exam with flying colors! But most importantly, my weight loss. YA GIRL HAS LOST 20 POUNDS!!
