Yaaay!! Yesterday I finished the #12weekbodyplan ! Once more I have done the arm workout twice cause I couldn't do the leg one, but I guess that still counts right? . Proud of having finished it, even though sometimes I've had to skip workouts (or even a whole week 🙈). I've taught myself once more that I am strong and can do many things I thought I couldn't 😁 . And of course, proud of all the other girls who've done it alongside me 💪🏼 . For the past few days, I've had to tell myself these words over and over again in order to let myself realize that I have the power to succeed. We always have these voices in our heads or around us that tell us we can't do something and it causes us to give up because we think we're going to fail. There's been many times I've given up because I thought I was never going to reach my goal. The fact is, you are never going to reach your goal if you never push towards it. You can reach your goal. You can run that race or paint that picture. You have the ability to do what you set your mind to. Stop saying you can't do something and start telling yourself that you can. It changes your entire mindset.
I was hesitant to post these pictures because I'm a little ashamed. But then I took a good look and realized that in six weeks I've changed...quite a lot. And I'm proud of my work. I'm proud of the life style changes I've made and the healthy habits I've picked up. I've been working really hard to be happy with who I am. All I've done is change my eating habits and switch up my exercise routine. I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it without the help of diet pills or anything. (Not that I'm against them! I've done Advocare...still take Spark, and my bff sells It Works...so I will be trying that out soon to give me a boost!!) but I did this. All this progress is me. And I can't wait to see where I am at week 12! #whlxdanielle
Today has been quite a chilled day, but I have done the #week10 arm (and ab) workout again. The last workout was a lower body workout that incorporated lots of squat and lunge-like moves, which I can't do because my knee is not feeling much better... So I've decided to repeat the arm workout and still get 3 workouts done 😁 . My arms and abs were still sore from all the arm and ab workouts I've done this week.
