Point your toes to the ceiling to engage the muscles in your legs, resting your hands lightly on your knees, use your abdominal to bring your forehead toward your knees. Don't pull/force! It doesn't matter how close you can get your forehead to your knees, you've gotta keep those shoulders relaxed, pelvis down and BREATHE slow, deep breaths, as deep down into your belly as you can. I also had an aromatherapy massage which was sehr gut if you feel like treating yourself 💁🏻 once I’d gotten over the initial awkward prudiness I actually found it very liberating to be naked...if your not sure I’d recommend going when it’s dark ☺️
