Starting to share some of my workouts because I find so much motivation in other working out ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ I did these at the end of a really hard leg day. It’s sort of a burn out. Your legs will be exhausted but pushing past the pain will make your cheeks nice and happy with lifted spirits lol ๐Ÿค— make sure to Squeeeeze...I wish you all freedom in not caring what your cheeks look like when they flex ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘ 3 sets of 10-15 reps per exercise (im using a 25 lb plate here) **If you’re a beginner to working out, you can make these exercises part of your main workout. You can also do them with no weight and/or no jumping ๐Ÿ˜‰
Can barely walk after any leg day with @anthony_atfitness, always putting me through my paces and pushing me to up the weights!! Importante of properly training the Stabilization system-exercise phase 1. If the movement system musculature of the core is strong and the local stabilization system is weak , the kinetic  chain senses imbalance are not transferred or used properly. A weak core is a fundamental problem that causes inefficient movement and can lead to predictable patterns of injury. Even though I didn’t broadcast my Saturday as usual, I promise it happened. Gave it my best then rested. Still not 110% but way better off than I was.  I just needed some down time and some cuddles from the fam bam. And of course never leaving the bed.  I reflect on yesterday to remind me to take my self care day seriously. 90% of you who voted on my story thought I would hit my 159 reps I did at Swedish championship, even lack of upper body workout last 3 months. Did I believe I would? No! Did I hit it? No! Am I disappointed and feel weak? No! I feel fucking awesome ๐Ÿ˜ it’s always about what i expect and what i compare to! And just because I’m stoked and happy about something, it doesn’t mean I don’t want to get better! I just think it’s wierd and get kind of frustrated when people say they’re weak or not good at something and for real are disappointed. Why say that, why think like that? Are you the strongest version of yourself? Are you better at the things you have been working on? Are you not the strongest in the world? Are someone who done gymnastics since 3 years old better at handstands? Are you slower at running when only done powerlifting lately? Are you not getting better at muscle ups when only doing them once a month?  Would you say the same to a friend that you say about yourself?
