Headed straight to A&E this morning (super quiet, was in and out in 30 minutes - an absolute record time in my experience) They x-rayed my foot and I have no broken bones and amazingly no torn ligaments!!! I really believe that being relatively fit saved me from anything more sinister and my foot definitely looks worse than it feels. So hopefully it's just rest that's needed and everyday I can get a bit more stronger and I should be fighting fit in no time. It's definitely taught me a lesson on taking my mobility for granted and I don't think I'll ever workout without good fitting trainers again. Can you see it? That little tinge of pain around my eyes? No, I’m not looking for sympathy. I’m telling you something I’d just as soon keep to myself to help you. My left knee is acting up today and my lower back is twinging something fierce. But I still get to take a sweaty selfie because although I kept it super low impact and I did an alternate ab workout because today is DOUBLE DAY. I DID IT. I also did a lower back pain relief workout... so I guess it’s TRIPLE DAY for me. Sometimes you have to work THROUGH pain, but NEVER LET IT MAKE YOU QUIT.
