Get that booty in shape plus some arms and upper back on the stairmaster @thexbands1 Try a set of 10 each. Repeat 3x 1. Skip 2 stairs and step up. Try not to hold on and engage that core. Place the #xband on thigh (vid isn't showing it for some reason) 2. Leg extensions with xband on calf area now 3. Side to side steps 4. Behind the back extensions 5. Lateral arm extenions 6. Flexion extension kicks with the xbands on the thigh again Let me know how you enjoyed my workout for you!
