When WH fitness director @jen_ator set out to climb Mount Baker with mountaineer @melissaarnot, she learned so much more than how to use ice axes and crampons—but first, there was a massive packing job, a little rain, and a hike through the wilderness to kick things off. Check out our Insta Story to go inside Day 1 of their 3-day experience, and check back tomorrow to see what happened when they began to conquer the mountain. #whstrong 📷: @gabe_rogel
